Orders are processed by ETS GUEYE ALIOUNE from Dakar, Senegal.
Order processing time
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping carriers
Depending on destination and shipment type, orders may be shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS or another suitable international carrier. Tracking information is provided when available.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Senegal: 6–9 business days
- Other international destinations: generally 6–14 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated or displayed during checkout according to the destination, order size, weight and applicable shipping method.
For certain destinations or products, a fixed shipping charge may apply.
Customs duties and import taxes
